According to the Supreme court decision dated 3rd of October 2011, case no. 29 NSČR 53/2011, an appellate review fee against the appellate court decision, in that was confirmed refusal of claim application, is 2000 Czech crowns (article 23 paragraph 2 of Fees Tariff). In case of appellate review raised after 2nd of September the fee has to be paid even if the appellate review is aimed only against appellate court decision of procedural character.
