In the years 1995 and 1996 she worked for a major law firm focusing on judicial disputes, commercial and copyright law. Then between the years 1996 to 2001 she worked in one of the biggest European developers where she mainly focused on developer projects, planning permission process and copyright. She has been a partner in the law firm ŽIŽLAVSKÝ since 2003. She speaks English.
She holds a permit to operate as a trustee in bankruptcy from the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic. She is an official partner and statutory representative of a legal entity that actively executes the function of a trustee in bankruptcy. She has gained experience from many bankruptcy cases and related incidental and other disputes court trials.
As a barrister she is a member of the Czech Bar Association (ČAK) and the Association of Trustees in Bankruptcy. She operates in the specialized section of the ČAK for bankruptcy law. She is a member of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic committee for examation of trustees in bankruptcy.
