He started in a Czech law firm in 2007, where he focused mainly on bankruptcy order and insolvency processes, legal relations to real estate, debt recovery and criminal law. He has worked as a lawyer for the ŽIŽLAVSKÝ law firm since 2010, and a barrister-partner since 2013. He holds a permit from the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic to function as a trustee in bankruptcy.
At ŽIŽLAVSKÝ he works mainly in bankruptcy law with a special focus on court-mediated restructuring, reorganisation and judicial disputes. He has earned practical experience in many insolvency proceedings for large and medium enterprises.
Within the law firm he leads a team of specialists providing legal assistance to cooperating trustees in bankruptcy.
